Theater performance “Light”
Domes Europe supplied a completely black ø 19 meter Dome for the new Utrecht stage. The performance Light by theater company Het NUT told the story of light designer Uri Rapaport, who goes blind for two weeks after an operation on his eye. The NUT takes him on a journey to the source of light in Utrecht’s Máximapark. The evenings started with a dinner in the Restaurant in the Maxima Park. The guests then moved with torches and candles, like a large parade of lights, through the Máxima Park to the Dome where the performance took place. The story takes place in the dark. Nevertheless, we were able to find some nice pictures of this project. In total, the show was allowed to run for 5 weeks.
